After two years in the protective custody of the neighbouring French-speaking West African country of Benin Republic, Yoruba Nation agitator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has arrived the city of Harmburg in Germany to rejoin his immediate family.
Its was gathered that Igboho, formally left off the hook on Sunday by the Benin Republic authorities on Sunday and he flew to Germany thereafter.
A viral video of his arrival at the airport in Harmburg, Germany, in company of a UK-based Nigerian Islamic cleric, Saheed Shittu, surfaced on the social media on Monday.
Its was earlier reported that Igboho, had declared that he was now legally free to leave for Nigeria from Benin Republic.
Igboho, who commended some prominent Yoruba leaders, politicians, media practitioners, academia and monarchs, for what he called their critical support and solidarity he enjoyed from them while his travails in Cotonou, Benin Republic lasted, declared: “I am now free to return to Nigeria and visit any country in the world.
