The Chairman senate committee on Industry and Senator representing Osun East Senatorial district, Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi OFR, has commended the People Democratic Party (PDP), members for their response to the Appeal Court ruling regarding the local government elections.
He views the APC in the state as twisting the judgement as to sweet their personal aspiration.
Fadahunsi praised the PDP leadership and stakeholders for their resilience and courage, emphasizing that the people’s will cannot be overridden.
Senator Fadahunsi in a statement signed by his Media directorate in Abuja, on Wednesday, commended the party leadership and also the stakeholders.
He called on law enforcement to maintain order, expressing concern over claims made by APC leaders.
Fadahunsi also alleged that the APC is trying to undermine Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke’s progress and urged stakeholders to commit to peace and development in Osun State.
