Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi, representing Osun East Senatorial District and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Industries, has extended warm Mother’s Day wishes to all mothers in Osun State.
He urged women across the state to support Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) for Governor on August 15, emphasizing that he alone can truly champion their interests.
In a statement signed by his Head of Media and Public Enlightenment, Omole Oluwasegun Omo-Osodi, Senator Fadahunsi saluted the women and mothers of Osun East Senatorial District on this global day dedicated to honoring mothers for their great, unique, and indispensable service to humanity.
The Ijesa-born lawmaker noted that past governors had confined women to the kitchen.
He assured Osun women of Oyebamiji’s commitment to upend the status quo by appointing them to key leadership positions.
“Beyond the big sacrifices, it is the small, quiet moments that truly define a mother’s love. On this special day, we carry those moments in our hearts and say thank you for the warmth and love you selflessly give.”
Fadahunsi implored mothers to continue nurturing their children. “I implore our mothers to keep teaching and guiding the children, passing down wisdom and strength that will benefit future generations.”
