The Chairman, Senate Committee on Industries, Senator Francis Fadahunsi, has expressed confidence that the morribund industries in the country would soon be revived with the President Bola Tinubu’s economic reforms.
Fadahunsi, the Peoples Democratic Party chieftain representing Osun East Senatorial District, gave the assurance in a congratulatory message he personally signed and sent to Tinubu on Sunday.
He described the Supreme Court judgement which affirmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the valid winner of the presidential election that held in Nigeria, on 25th February 2023, as a sweet relief for Nigerians.
He said the victory was an attestation to President Tinubu’s doggedness and sacrifice for building the nation’s democracy over the years in the interest of the people.
The statement read in part, “I want to congratulate President Tinubu for the victory confirmed by the Supreme Court.
“I have faith in the President’s capacity and ability to revive the morribund industries and ensure the establishment of modern ones to achieve our collective dreams and aspirations.
“I believe you will make us proud. I wish you God’s Wisdom to pilot and move our dear nation to Promise land,” he added.
